Your order

  • Once you have placed your order, we will be in contact during the design process and you will have the opportunity to discuss your design with our team before production starts, this is known as the Design Proof.
  • From receiving your order, we will need time to process your custom graphics, they need to be designed, approved, printed, gassed, laminated and then cut out, this takes time and we do our best to fulfil orders in a timely manner.
  • Once you have approved your design we will place your order in the production queue ready for printing, this may take some time and if you need to be updated we can be contacted anytime in regards to your production.
  • Please note that our design proof may differ in colour quality and representation of the final printed product/service due to your current device's screen that you may view the proof.


  • Once your product has been shipped, you will receive an email about your shipping details, this may include tracking information depending on the postal service we used.
  • We always try an endeavour the quickest possible means for your delivery service, but if such services are unavailable at the time of shipping we will be in contact to keep you informed.
  • TKR Graphics Ltd is not liable for any consequential loss or damage during the shipping process.
  • Shipping of your order may take longer than expected and we will do our best to help you track and trace items that are not delivered on time, however, we are not liable for this process and in the event of a global pandemic or an act of god, this is not an issue we can assist with unless the postal service can offer details to help with your enquiry.


  • We will do our best to communicate with all emails/ text messages and Whatsapp contact, but due to the high volume of orders, we may take longer to respond.
  • We will do our best to help you with any enquiry if we have the information to hand although we need time to get back to you with facts or details.
  • We are available almost any time of the day and work long hours, however, we will communicate via social media, website or email during hours that may close due to family commitments or holidays we may take.


  • Payments must be received before any design work is carried out unless you have been instructed via a PayPal invoice.
  • Once you have approved your design proof, your order will be placed into a production schedule ready for printing, once this process is complete we will no longer issue a full or partial refund due to these products and services being tailored item(s) unless there has been a fault or issue with the product that may affect the appearance or its intended use.
  • Any refunds will be issued back to the same card/bank or PayPal account used for the payment we received from the buyer.
